Tiffin’s Customer Relationship Management system has proved to be a major success. By creating an automated, ‘one-stop’ shop for Tiffin’s customers, they have made huge cost reductions and increased their financial bottom line considerably. Part of this success was spawned from initially recognising the market trend for a growing corporate sector that regularly eat authentic Indian food, yet due to their busy lifestyles required a delivery service to attain it.
